What are cookies?
In order to offer you an extensive range of functions, to make the usage more comfortable and to be able to optimize our offers, we use so-called "cookies". Cookies are small files that are stored on your device using your Internet browser.
Categories of cookies
Technically imperative cookies: We use certain cookies because they are mandatory, so that the Classic Parts Explorer and its functions can work properly. These cookies are set automatically when visiting the Classic Parts Explorer or a specific function, unless you have prevented the setting of cookies by settings in your browser. The software runs exclusively on the servers of our website. A storage of the personal data of the users takes place only there. A transfer of the data to third parties does not take place.
The software is set so that the IP addresses are not completely stored but 2 bytes of the IP address are masked (eg 192.168.xxx.xxx). In this way, an assignment of the shortened IP address to the accessing computer is no longer possible.
Acceptance of cookies when using the Classic Parts Explorer is not mandatory; If you do not want cookies to be stored on your device, you can deactivate the corresponding option in the system settings of your browser. Saved cookies can be deleted at any time in the system settings of your browser. If you do not accept cookies, however, this may lead to functional restrictions of our offers.

An "opt-out cookie" will be set to prevent the future capture of your data. The opt-out cookie is only valid for the browser used for setting and only for the Classic Parts Explorer and is stored on your device.
